This company is very unprofessional and disrespectful. So is the finance company SMAC. So we got termininx to come out and take care of our mice issues in the addict. It costs us $3,000. Well after they we’re supposedly finished 3mos later the problem still persists…so 4 times they came back out to “follow up” and every time same results. Not to mention the insect service, which sence they’ve came we have more spiders than we did before they came. So I disputed the $3,000 due to the contact not being fulfilled and they( SMAC) said there’s nothing they can do. Horribly rude SMAC employee on the phone. Don’t use either of terminix nor SMAC.
