I don’t leave negative reviews often. However, this had to be the most ridiculous conversation we have ever experienced. We own a rental property and a townhome community. The townhome is required to be maintenance by the individual homeowners. We noticed a spot that look like termite damage so we contacted Terminex to come out and take care of the situation. We were told on the phone, unless all three neighbors agree to all have service they would not come out to Service our property. Please explain to me how we can force neighbors to all agree to have termite services when my neighbor next-door stated they had another company come out and do theirs within the past two months. The conversation we had was 100% a money grab. We have used Terminex for years for all of our rental properties and now we’re going to pull and go to one of their competitors. Absolutely terrible experience with this specific location.
