Younger guy sprayed and said I had to be out of the house. Shortly after that my house was burglarized. No proof it was him but I did text him after and accuse him and he never responded. You would think if he was innocent he would have at least responded. Wasn’t a random robbery either it was definitely someone that had time to walk around my house and see everything of value and find easy way in. Like I said no proof but lot of coincidence, just be safe if you use these guys is my advice! Service: Bed bug extermination

Critical: Responsiveness Worst service ever. I had to make 4 separate appointments and they never showed up for any of them or even called.

Called to make an appointment and they never showed up or called. When I called back they said that the number was out of service but confirmed the phone number I gave them and it was correct. Called them back and they said it would take another 2-3 business days but put in the notes to call ASAP bc this is an urgent issue (haven’t been able to sleep in my room for the past week), that call was on Saturday and it’s almost Friday now with no call. Would give 0 stars if I could. If you need pest control fast DO NOT go through terminex. Spend your money on a place that actually cares.
