I called Terminix because there is a bird in my bathroom vent. Despite being the first business to come up when searching for “wildlife control” Terminix does not actually deal with wildlife control because it is a franchise. They referred me to the U of I which also does not deal with wildlife control. Once I found a place that deals in wildlife control, I called them back to give them the accurate information for a place that does wildlife control. The person answering the phone got very defensive and didn’t have good things to say after that.
