I’ve signed up with Terminix quite a few years ago now. The guy who originally would come and do the treatment moved up into the company or changed areas, but was always very professional. For the last couple of years, I’ve had Chase do my treatments. They message me the day before. Let me know when they’re gonna be there and what they’re going to do and they’ve always been really good about follow up treatments And questions if I’ve had any. The price has stayed pretty reasonable

We have been a customer of Terminix for over 35 years. We were having an issue with bugs in our bottom story. We called the 800 number and was totally disgusted. That customer service person would not help us and could not even identify us as a customer. Totally unprofessional. I then called the Knoxville office and received immediate help. He checked and saw immediately we are a long time customer and set a an appointment that fit us. Neal then came at the time he was supposed to and did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional and took his time. I thanked him and he replied that was the service we were supposed to receive. Just happy we are able to communicate with the Knixville office and not the 800 number. Steve
