An absolute nightmare. Paid 1300 prior to them spraying and placing canisters for termites...took a bit longer to get the job started now every month they're trying to take money out of my card, which has a 1000$ limit (thank God). Made 3 phone calls to clear up their ridiculous mistake all which sounded positive but to no avail, they tried taking out the money the next month. Hire a small and local contractor next time. This has been an awful experience.
