I was quite pleased with the interactions I had with Terminex regarding the various services available, and what was involved with them. They came out the same day that I called and once signed up for the service. They were actually able to perform it that afternoon. The technician who came out was very professional. Explain the whole process very clearly to me. he provided me with contact information in case there were any issues or problems and explain that the service will be provided on a routine basis, given the program that I signed up for I was quite impressed with their professionalism, punctuality, and the service provided.
