I paid for 3 months of service at the beginning of the year and was told they wouldn't charge my card again unless i called and said i wanted to pay for another 3 months. Yesterday they tried to charge me $157. My card declined it. I called today and was told i now have to pay that because one of their guys performed a service the other day that i never even scheduled. He called me and told me he was coming. I explained to the representive on the phone that this was not explained to me correctly the day of service clearly. And was told theres nothing i can do. He sprayed half of a duplex and im being told i have to pay that $157....im so upset and i feel tricked. On top of everything i have made multiple appointments and they have no showed on 2 of them with not even a phone call. I had to call terminix and they werent sure where their tech was.

I DO NOT recommend Terminix. They have been to my house 4 times and there are still live termites even thought I ripped all dry wall out of my basement. 2/4 times that they were here. They did not show and until I called to complain then they showed up the next day. Thats 2 days I waited for them and they don't show up. Managers do not call me back and they will not allow anyone to talk to a regional manager. They guarantee their work but they don't follow through! DO NOT USE TERMINIX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service is not as described. Local Greensburg branch is very unprofessional. Called Terminix to cancel contract. They sent out a rep that told me why I was wrong to cancel and attempted to persuade me to get MORE services that would help the others work (exclusion + pest control) That didn't work either. So I contacted both Terminix and SMAC to cancel the loan. Terminix and SMAC finally agreed to do so. That was months ago. I'm still getting billed and the local branch continuously ignores my calls. The branch was to send an E-form to SMAC to cancel the loan and refund my money due to the service not being provided as described. So now I am forced to go through the legal system all because this company can not do their job adequately.

Make sure that they process your payment when you provide them with a credit card. They will keep your card information on file, but never process the payment. Then almost two years later you will receive collection calls on 600 some dollars that you owe to the company that you thought you had paid the day you provided your card information to them. They do not show any empathy towards your situation either even though they had made the mistake. I would not recommend them to anyone.
