Scheduled yearly termite inspection- very much appreciate the text the few days prior to let me know they would be coming- especially appreciated the text ahead that same day letting me know arrival time and give me a map so I could see where the inspector was and how far out from my location he was. Once he arrived, he was very professional, explaining exactly what he would be doing- once he finished he came up and let me know he was finished and if there was anything we needed to address.

Gary Stephenson from Terminex came out to check the termite baits that he was unable to access on an earlier appointment. There had been a lot of overgrowth before which made the traps inaccessible (I was so far behind on my landscaping upkeep!) As soon as my son came to help me clear the dense bushes, Gary came again and even installed a fresh trap in an area where he thought it necessary. He also checked the crawlspace and pointed out a few small issues that didn’t need addressing immediately but recommended I keep an eye on it and plan for a future fix if necessary. I appreciate the heads up as it helps with my budgeting. Overall, Gary was thorough, informative, professional and polite and a good representative of Terminex service. I highly recommend.

The BEST experience I’ve had at 71 years of age!! Jarrod was the most personable, knowledgeable young man the company should be proud to have, he deserves a raise. Every person who came to our home were kind, thoughtful, and worked very hard. I would be a spokesperson for this company. We also needed an electrician to hook up our dehumidifier under the home, this young man reminded me of Jarrod. Best experience ever.

Gary was very professional in his conversation with me and very thorough in his work. I appreciate him replacing my termite traps in my backyard that had been taken because of some remodeling in my backyard. He replaced them today with a smile and did a really good job then he walked me through the yard and showed you where he put the new traps. That was appreciated.
