The worse company ever. Had the salesmen, Mike come for a quote. He told us an amount and told explained the procedures. When it came to day of service, it was nothing like he explained. He said there will be professional equipment etc, but came with a Wal-Mart equipment that was cheaper than what we had. Called the manager, was told that he get complaints a lot! He is an “amazing salesmen with an amazing strategy,” what I mean by that he sells many things, but end up being too good to be true! Just lies. I called like 10 times to speak to him, he never answered the phone. Called the manager to get to him, no calls. Not long we found out he added a quarterly service to our plan without us knowing and spoke to a different manager, she removed it without a question. Our fault for not EVERYTHING! Never again, I do not recommend.

Don’t personally recommend. Received a termite inspection before purchasing home. He said it was good to go and didn’t see any signs of termites. We started renovating bathroom and there were active termites that had been there well before inspection. We called to speak to management several times and they have yet to call us back. We have been told to wait over 48 hours. It’s been well over that time and we have made several calls. Some of the customer service reps have been really nice while others don’t really seem like they want to help. We had another pest control company come out and he saw clear signs “soft spots that were in the wall when terminix came out and a crack in the ceiling. Evidence that wall was damaged “ they were able to see this before they even looked at where the sheet rock was taken down.” We now are paying extra to repair wall and getting home treated Mistakes happen but management not even calling back to at least discuss the issue is very unprofessional.
