Positive: Professionalism I havent used terminix for pest control but I want to take a moment to shout out one of their drivers for noticing that I was driving around looking for my dog who got out of the yard by digging. The employee let me know where he saw the dog and let me follow him to the spot! Happy ending today!! Thanks sir!

They apparently do not have much of a company vehicle driving policy or driving training. I was forced into a bar ditch to avoid a head on collision with one of their trucks. I made contact with a manager at the office by phone and let them know of what had almost occurred and followed up by visiting the office a couple days later only to learn that all the driver was told was that he needed to pay more attention. The driver said he never saw me which I find hard to believe since I was only a foot or so away from his driver side window and not to mention on a pretty loud Harley Davidson.
