I had discovered that I has some kind of rodent in my house and called Terminix to take care of it. They came out, did an inspection and ascertained that it was a rat. 2 days later they came out and plugged all the holes and set bait boxes outside the home. I repeatedly asked the technician if he needed access to the interior of the home, which he denied. He did a good job plugging the hole and sanitizing the underside of the house, unfortunately that trapped the rat inside. Due to a holiday and bad weather I had to live with the rat for the better part of the week. They came back out and places sticky traps inside the house and the rat was caught the same night. He must have been a lone ranger, since there has not been any sighting of any rodents since.
