110% do not recommend. Last July I had a salesman come to my home and inspect my home and there was the claim that there was preexisting termite damage. While the salesman was correct that at one time there was an active infestation, there was no longer one after confirming with a few other outside sources. The salesman then proceeded to enroll me into a contract which I was not advised of the terms of cancelation as I ended up having to move out of my home literally 4 days after signing the contract due to major issues discovered with my home structurally. In addition to this, I had paid for quarterly pest sprays in the home in which when the termite system got installed, the spray never took place. While I was finally refunded for the spray Terminix claimed up and down happened, it was quite a hassle. Finally, after about 4 months since cancelation, a 700ish dollar charge magically appeared on my credit card to which I called and discovered it was them claiming the contract for the termite system well after the date of cancelation saying that it was in the terms signed without a disclosure. Terminix fought vehemently on my bank charge back for the portion they were unwilling to refund which was about half and I was still searching for a home for my family at the time so that money really could have been needed for finding a home. I was considering using them again in my new home, but I have since went with a competitor due to my experience. I would have rated 1 star, but they were willing to refund a portion of the contract fee and the pest spray that I was fictitiously charged for in the first place.

I was a customer at Taco Bell at the intersection of 3200 s 5400 w when i pulled into the parking lot and their technician cut me off to whip into a parking spot. Luckily i didnt hit into them, then after seeing them come into the restaurant, i asked them to drive more carefully in the rain and to not cut people off. After staring me down the technician then called me “a faggot” and some other words. Their license plate to the truck they were driving is T36BJH. I don’t understand why a big name company would have an employee like this. I called and spoke to customer service and will see if they actually follow up. Multiple witnesses were present to this encounter.
