I recently had Hunter Payne to my home several times with problems with my dehumidifier and under house moisture. He has been so helpful and right on it with contacting his supervisor, etc to find out what to do. I appreciate him SO much!! He never quits to find the solution and ALWAYS is honest! That goes a long way with me. I was ready to leave Terminex but he has made me rethink and maybe change my attitude about the company!! Thanks so much for hiring a honest and customer service tech!

Gary has handled our pest control for many years and has always done an excellent job. We have owned our home for four years and have never had a significant issue with pests inside, due to Gary’s preventative treatment on the exterior of the house. I had a very disappointing experience with Megan from Terminix. From the moment she arrived, it was clear she wasn’t taking her job seriously. Her behavior was immature and unprofessional—she was overly flirty, constantly giggling, and seemed more focused on getting attention than providing quality service. It was uncomfortable and frustrating to deal with someone who treated a professional visit like a casual hangout. I expected a knowledgeable, respectful technician—not someone acting like they were there for social hour. Terminix should really evaluate how their employees are representing the company because this experience was completely unacceptable.
