I see so many positive reviews and can only shake my head. I used Terminix Norcross for termite treatment. The initial inspection went well. The sales rep, Randell, was kind and answered all of our questions. After the service was done we had some issues. From that point forward customer service has been horrendous. Repeated requests were ignored. We asked to speak with a manager - ignored. Almost a year later a tech was sent out a month early and we hadn’t even decided if we wanted to renew. I reached out to Randell again and was told “I don’t have access to any of that.” I again requested to speak with a manager. No call back. Sent a follow up several days later. No response and message is showing unread. Second follow up sent yesterday and it is showing unread as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Once they get their foot in the door they don’t care one bit about customer service.

Carl from Terminix came out for my annual termite inspection and, as always, did an excellent job. He is very meticulous—he once caught a missing trap, added one after my home addition, and this year replaced a cracked top without hesitation. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and the peace of mind he provides knowing my home is well protected. Thank you, Carl!

Ashton did an exceptionally good job. He was very professional and showed his concern for my property. To help prevent any problems with termites in the future, he recommended clover oil for a tree stump and the removal of a log. Very cordial young man.

My home is free of pests and the service is reasonably priced. My technician, Robert, is great! He communicates before, during, and after my service in a really easy manner. He’s been my service guy for several years now (not a revolving door of employees). If I ever have any problems or questions I just reach out and he takes care of it.
