They are good at their job, however, charging you if you don’t put in writing your desire to not continue your service after contract expires. Yes, it’s in writing in contract that written termination is required. Every service was emailed or texted a service time and date until after the end of year. Please beware!!!!! We cancelled on phone 3 months prior, but they continued service on our rental property, which we were not made aware! It’s not right.

Terminix has changed and gone downhill. I use to get a weeks notification before a technician was to come to the house. Now they just show up or receive notification when they are on their way. Also in the past it was the same technician that would come out regularly now it is always some one random. They keep calling me daily now because I have 2 open invoices that are not due until the end of the month. I have been a customer for over 20 years and it is very insulting when they keep calling about the account that has a good history of on time payments. I will be moving soon and closing this account and never returning as a customer. I call about these issues and I am told oh we can not do anything about this it because it is system generated. Poor system!!!!
